The Committee on Education moved to amend the bill on page 2, section 4, line 13, after the word “website.” by inserting the following proviso: Provided That, if the live broadcast experiences a technical interruption in which the stream is discontinued or digitally interrupted, the meeting may continue while such technical interruptions are being resolved.

And,

On page 2, section 4, line 33, by adding a new subsection, designated subsection (f), to read as follows:

“(f) A description of each matter voted on by a county board along with how each member voted on the matter shall be published on the county board’s website and remain published on the county board’s website for at least two years.”

And,

By relettering the remaining subsections.
